1．保證出廠(chǎng)產(chǎn)品達(dá)到合格證要求，且性能可靠，機(jī)床自開(kāi)機(jī)調(diào)試合格之日起12個(gè)月免費(fèi)包修。
?Ensure the manufactured products meeting the requirements of Certificate with reliable performance, and 12 months of free warranty for machine tools since the date passing the startup debugging.
2．在用戶(hù)使用過(guò)程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)故障問(wèn)題或用戶(hù)要求開(kāi)機(jī)調(diào)試，在接到用戶(hù)反饋信息的4小時(shí)內(nèi)響應(yīng)，初步判斷故障原因，電話(huà)聯(lián)系用戶(hù)是上門(mén)服務(wù)還是電話(huà)指導(dǎo)用戶(hù)自行解決。
During the process of use, when users find failures or users require startup debugging, response within 4 hours after receiving the feedback information of users. Initially determine the cause of failure, then contact users by telephone to provide on-the-spot service or guide users to solve.
3．在產(chǎn)品包修期內(nèi)，凡需上門(mén)服務(wù)的省（市）內(nèi)用戶(hù)（含駐外辦事處所在?。?4小時(shí)以?xún)?nèi)到達(dá)，用戶(hù)有特殊需求的可以協(xié)商，其他省市力爭(zhēng)48小時(shí)以?xún)?nèi)到達(dá)。
Within product warranty period, the users in the province (city) (including the provinces where the offices abroad are) requiring on-the-spot service shall arrive within 24 hours. In case of special needs required by users, it can be negotiated. For other provinces and cities, strive to arrive within 48 hours.
4．機(jī)床售出后用戶(hù)終身享有維修維護(hù)及平價(jià)配件供應(yīng)。
The users shall enjoy lifelong maintenance and spare parts supply at fair price after sales of machine tools.
5．我公司不定期安排人員對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行質(zhì)量跟蹤，無(wú)論包修期內(nèi)還是包修期外，用戶(hù)將享受我公司額外服務(wù)。
Our company will from time to time arrange people to carry out quality track to the product, and the users will enjoy the additional services of our company either in warranty period or beyond warranty period.
